Doculau is an online platform that lets you create personalized legal documents and procedures in just a few minutes, using carefully maintained, up-to-date templates. All from home and with no waiting.
Are the documents legally valid?
Our templates are drafted and kept up to date in line with current regulations. You provide the details and we generate a ready-to-use document; how effective it is will depend on your specific case and correct use. For complex cases, we recommend reviewing it with a professional.
How do I receive my document?
As soon as we confirm your payment, you can download it instantly in PDF and Word. We also send a private access link to your email so you can retrieve it whenever you like.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by card (through Stripe) or with PayPal. Payment is processed completely securely and we never store your card details.
Do I need a lawyer?
Not to create the document: Doculau is a self-service platform. If your situation is especially complex, we advise consulting a qualified professional.
How do I retrieve a previous order?
Go to "My order", enter your email address and we'll send you an access link to view your orders and download your documents again.
Is it secure and confidential?
Absolutely. We encrypt the connection, protect downloads with private access links and handle your data in line with applicable data-protection law (GDPR in the EU).
Can I request a refund?
Check our refund policy. In cases such as a technical fault or a duplicate charge, we'll help you and process the refund.
