These terms and conditions govern your use of Doculau (the "Platform") and the purchase of the legal document and procedure templates offered on it. By using the Platform or placing an order you accept these terms in full.

1. Who we are

Doculau is a self-service online platform that lets users generate personalised legal documents from professionally prepared templates. Doculau is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The documents are informational templates; if you need advice on your specific situation you should consult a qualified professional.

2. The service

You choose a document or procedure, complete a guided form, pay the applicable fee and download the generated document. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. Documents are generated automatically from that information.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown per document and include the management fee. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout according to your jurisdiction. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we never store your full card details.

4. Delivery

Once payment is confirmed, the document is made available for immediate download and through a private access link sent to your email. Keep this link private.

5. Refunds

Because the documents are digital goods generated on demand, please review our Refund Policy, which explains the cases in which a refund may apply.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes, not to resell the templates, and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doculau's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. We do not warrant that a template fits every particular purpose.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Platform at the time of your order applies. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of purchase.
